haha ok ^^ maybe i should explain. That is Haruko from FLCL(Fooly Cooly). Its a short and rather random Anime. Our guest was just describing the anime |

Nimby is right...it is a scooter and judging from Haruko's character in FLCL...she probably enjoys having a tire up her ass odd anime, very strange to follow, approx. 12 eps total...excellent action scenes though |
