For cells and armor, youre well off. Good job on buying the Extreme Necklace. One of the better necklaces you can buy for non pu. Rings: I'm not that sure, the ones you have are like +1/+2 for the attacks, but it slows you down, which I'm guessing the 10 points in move speed is for and because youre also done with range and youre doing the usual archer build. I'd just use your tears rings. The extra little points in attack isn't worth it to me. You've done well in buying stuff for your char.
One little side note, I personally like using my blazer as it picks targets off with random shots. So you might want to consider swapping your blazer in place of one of your panzers.

Yeah you are looking pretty darn good. I would say keep putting points into move speed, since you are a range archer. Or you might want to put 2 into move speed and 1 into armor, because archers get picked on a lot because of their weak armor (which is why you want move speed, to run away, so ultimately its your choice, but I would recommend move speed for you, cause you are a ranged archer {did I just repeat myself? })
As for creatures, you are looking good. You can't get much better without PU. Although, unless you can summon all 3 panzers at once (which I doubt because yours are pretty high level) you really should swap in your blazer (unless you put a few points into CP {I think I put in 6 and it helps a lot [but of course the higher level you get, the less important cells become, imho, so again you are faced with a decision you have to make by yourself]})

Hey X, quick inquiry. You pointed out that having 3 celline blues make you hella fast, but I also notice that you have maxed move, and as I dont have any move, would the blues really make me that much faster?

Yes, the increase in move speed is very noticeable. Let me put it this way: If I go play basic with my archer I usually suck it up because I simply can't dodge, because I'm so used to being able to move faster. Then I can usually adjust and play better after a couple rounds.
On top of that, when I bought the rings, I did notice an increase in my speed as well. I can't tell you how better at dodging crap I got with those rings. You see, many people at higher levels put points into attack speed as well as move speed. So if you find yourself having trouble dodging attacks that you could dodge easily before, consider increasing move speed, with either rings or level points (rings are probably easier though).
Also, its not just the ability to dodge, but it also decreases the amount of time it takes to traverse a map. Example: "Oh crap! Someone is at my golem, but my damn archer is too slow to make it in time!" Plus it also helps if you are an archer that is not melee and has no armor/energy points, because these archers rely on running a lot.

So something I could do is buy one of each, one blue and one red and keep my eagle ring? So there would be a bonus in both or get two blue and one red?
Also something I have to admit is that I'm not getting as many grips as I was in 11-30. I've done several 30+ games now and higher levels are smarter with their attacks and also their move/attack speed has points in it. As much as I love my grip, should I lose it? Cuz I know I'll feel naked without it, cuz its an attack that is so useful, awesome, and I love gripping. My grip bs can attest to that. So yeah its a dilema that I'll be thinking about in the time that it takes me get the gold I need and until I buy PU......

Well Eagle, I hate to point this out to you, and you probably already know this but don't want to admit it, but archers are not the best character for gripping, by far. They simply can't stun grip well (or at all?).

i think gripping someone is dangerous at higher lvl games since most people attack u right after u have gripped
best thing to do (for archers) is shoot from a safe place or in close range use jump attack

They simply can't stun grip well (or at all?). All classes can stun grip, except for bs. There has been several discussions around PlanetRakion about stun gripping with classes and every class can, but bs are the ones that have the most trouble with it. They can block grip however. And alas, you are right about the rest of your post. And I just realized that Celline Blues are more valuable than red, cuz ....cuz I have no idea what this cuz is for. nvm. But like I said,

Another couple factors that is pressing on me to change to special is: 1. The invincible damage to a crowd such as in the Stay Hall/No Cell games, where if I had that much damage in invin, I would totally rip armor off people. 2. Recent light on the fact that the Archer Chaos arrow barrage IS special and this makes me wonder how much more damage I could get with chaos if spec proved to be a real good idea for archers and chaos.
Grips in 30+ games are few and far between, except when mages are too distracted in bombing against walls. But still, as I said before its something I have to think about, but I guess I'll just have to realize what is and isn't worthy of my playing style.
But if anybody is willing to make a special archer, I would be very grateful to see how much of a difference spec does to the chaos.
