Hey guys, I have a question for those of you that play Counter Strike: Condition Zero. I just bought it last week, and when I try to play it I get an error message that says:
"model/player/sas/sas.mdl has been modified since starting the engine. Consider running system diagnositics to check for faulty hardware. " This pops up when I try to play the missions on CZ and I'm wondering what a system diagnostics is too.
Any help?
P.S. Torm tried to help me, but I didn't have any luck with what he said to do.

Ok, I uninstalled Steam, and I can't find out where to reinstall it on the cd, so should I just reinstall the whole entire game? But I fear this wont work as it didnt work the first time I installed it, so why should it work now?
EDIT: I just found on the steam website the download for steam, so I'll see if this works or not.
EDIT #2: Its fixed and running.

Well, it was running, but now it isn't. I let both of the games finish updating, as I didn't do that before. Both of the games means: Counter Strike and Condition Zero, as to run CZ you must have CS updated as they use some or all of the same files. But everytime I still try to play a single player mission, it takes me out of the game with a new error message everytime about a different file that I need to check and I need to run the "system diagnostics", so does anybody know where I can find this?

Well, I fixed my mistake, and when I tried to run it, the same damn crap happened again: And then I did a couple little things and it ran, but then I failed at the mission so I restarted the mission and I got this again: And Steam says that the game is updated, but obviously it isn't or it wouldnt be giving me this.

Well, I was just playing Condition Zero for about an hour now without it crashing, so I think I'm good. *crosses fingers*
