Its embarrassing how this clan turned out. Its just that there has been so many other clans out there, people don't bother looking for small clans. Just one that has a cool name or something like that. When Rangers was created, there weren't THAT many clans, but the majority of the clans that were existing had a reputation and was known somewhat around the game. Now if you look around ingame or just in the clan listings, there are 2-5+ new clans made everyday. When TheRangers was dying, that was when the number of clans was skyrocketing and what people were in Rangers, were starting to stop playing. I thought, and along with other people, I think, that merging Rangers into a new clan that had a wider spectrum of requirements to join, that we could build numbers again and keep the forum alive and well, but it didn't quite work out. *Sigh.....*

Well this is what I did in Aesir when it was new. You need to recruitment whore, but don't just recruit anybody. Look for people with at least some modicum of skill, and get your clan to recruit too, until about 30 members. Lower your level limit until you get 30 members, then raise it to 21, and whatever you want it to be. Getting a core group of players with vent and power user is also essential, and getting into clan scrims with some of the less elite clans helps a lot also. Go into 11-30 games frequently and look for people with talent. I did that, and I found some pretty nice players that are at level 50+ now. After getting 30+ members, they'll reach the 31+ levels soon, and then your clan's reputation will sell itself. That's what I did in RiseA anyway and it's going okay now.

Seems like KoZ is going through a similar trend. Seems like it happened when a few of our key members left. It was also right after the Rakion League got done.
