It actually has a very good story line. I personally find the first movie very weak but the second two were simply awesome... I guess they made enough money on the first to make the 2nd and 3rd higher budget =D You will cry atleast one time if you watch all 3 I can safely bet.

lol, this is kinda hard to admit... but i've read the entire trilogy (hobbit included) like 3 times. saw the movies like 2 times each probably, not including the set of extended versions. this will quite possibly add to the nerdyness, but i also collect swords from the movies. they're pretty cool. but yeah, theres a part of my life you guys never knew lol.

i guess so, but i'm willing to bet that you had no idea how deep it ran. i'm pretty sure i'd rather have a nazgul than a rakion dragon lol. there goes the nerdiness again... better stop typing lol.

You will cry atleast one time if you watch all 3 I can safely bet. lol, i'm pretty sure the only reason you'd be crying is because it takes like 10 hours to watch the whole trilogy at once lol. i'm probably one of the few people that could actually manage to do it. man, if you watch the whole trilogy extended version style, i don't think I could do that lol.

Actually they made all 3 movies at the same time, they just released them, what, a year apart? I mean, it makes a lot of financial sense though. What would they do. Shoot the first and then if it didn't do good they would not make the remaining two? Nah, they knew it would do good, so rather than plan for 3 separate movies, they shot them all at once on location and saved a lot of money. @elvenranger: I have the toy sword Sting: the blue hobbit sword. It is really really cool, cause when you swing it, it makes a sound like a real sword would make if it were to connect with another blade. Friggin' sweet. I Really like LOTR. The movies are good, so good in fact, that it made me want to read the books. Currently I am on book four, which is halfway through The Two Towers.

lol, yes, saw, the elephants were cool. i thought it was really funny though when legolas completely raped everybody on an elephant after jumping up its legs with the arrows. then he killed the elephant and gimli said, "THAT ONLY COUNTS AS ONE!" lol, that was one of the best parts of the whole movie. another funny part was when faramir's dad (forgot the name) was on fire and jumped off the castle balcony thing. that was quite amusing. i'm actually thinkin about reading the books again lol.

Sorry Elven, I have yet to read the LOTR books, but they are on my shelf waiting to be read. No, in between waiting for netflix movies, I decided it was time to watch Return of the King again. I like medieval era stuff, hence why I am attracted to this game actually. I've been interested in archery for a long time too. I've actually designed some medieval weapons for the fun of it. When I get the chance I'll scan them and post them on here.
